  • A1 Audio Engineer

    Expert and highly trained engineer responsible for audio systems. The A1 directs the construction, placement, tuning, operation, and strike on the main audio system.

    A2 Audio Assist

    An audio specialist that assists the A1 for set-up, show, and strike. The A2 assists with running and patching cables, building and flying the line array, prepping and handling RF coordination on microphones, setting up IEMs and other duties designated by the A1

    AV Tech Operator/Floater

    A general AV Technician that operates or floats simple break-out room set-ups and general exhibit floors. Services the end client and presenters. Ensures smooth meeting flow and assists with break-out room re-sets and strikes

    AV Technician: Set/Strike

    General AV technician for loading/unload of trucks. Setting and striking audio-visual equipment. AV Techs are mainly used for the setting of meeting rooms, general sessions, and exhibits and a fair knowledge of audio, lighting, and video.

  • Video Engineer V1

    Highly trained and experienced expert who bears ultimate responsibility for the video display system. The V1 directs the construction, wiring, and timing of the video system. The V1 also color-matches and shades cameras, routes video signals, projection, and numerous other mediums. Includes Folsom Screen Pro and Screen Pro+ operators.

    Video Assist V2

    Highly trained engineer responsible for audio systems. The V2 directs the construction, placement, tuning, operation, and strike on the main video and LED systems.

    LED Tech

    Assists the LED Programmer with assembly, troubleshooting, and strike.

    LED Programmer

    A highly experienced technician proficient with various LED wall products, processors, and programming systems.

    Camera Operator

    Trained and experienced camera operator at a fixed position

    Camera Operator (Hand-Held)

    Trained and experienced camera operator at a non-fixed position

    Projectionist (DLP or LCD)

    Expert in the placement and setting of DLP or LCD Projection displays. The projectionist troubleshoots, color matches projectors, and ensures correct color and black levels. Clients should specify the make and model of the projector they intend to use to ensure the provision of the most qualified person.

  • Crew Chief

    On-site Crew Call representative, works directly with the client for labor specifications, time sheets, and checks the crew in/out

    Steward

    On-site Crew Call representative, works directly with the client for labor specifications, accrual of time sheets, billing accuracy, and ensures the timely arrival of labor. This position is for shows with large or multiple crews that span and extensive period of time.

    Stagehand

    General labor that assists in load-in, set-up, strike, and load-out. Stagehands are not AV techs or L2's. Their main role is assisting with laborious tasks such as stage building, set piece placement, truss placement, case pushing, cable runs, scaffold building, and heavy lifting of various equipment.

    Corporate Stagehand

    Skilled labor that assist in load-in, set-up, strike, and load-out of production equipment in a corporate environment (i.e. Hotels and/or Indore venues) Their main role is to assist with laborious tasks such as stage building, set-piece placement, truss placement, case pushing, cable runs, scaffold building, and heavy lifting of various equipment.

    Rigger

    Counterweight, motorized, and dead hung stage rigging.

  • Master Electrician

    Works directly with the lighting programmer. The L1 leads lighting construction. This includes interpreting the lighting plot for rig and light fixture placement, assignment of dimmer patches, and final focus. Simple lighting system responsibility.

    Lighting Assist L2

    Lighting specialist that places lighting elements, builds truss, and assists in the focus of the lighting system, may also program and operate simple lighting systems.Spot Operator

    An operator proficient at operating various types of spotlights. Usually an L2 is in this position.

    Lighting Programmer/Director (LD)

    Designs the “Look” for the show and oversees construction of the lighting system. Programs and operates lighting board, and is responsible for lighting cues during the show. Pre-production involvement is highly recommended.

    Spot Operator

    An operator proficient at operating various types of spotlights. Usually an L2 in this position. (This does not include truss spot)

  • Fork-Lift Operator

    Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into trucks or storage facilities.

  • Set Carpenter

    Skilled carpenter for modifications and setup of scenic and prop pieces. Assembles staging, set, and prop pieces
