Crew Call Labor Logistics, and Karter Paul Brands has a strict policy on sexual harassment and sexual misconduct in the workplace. Reports of sexual harassment will be handled discreetly, anonymously and be given a full and thorough investigation.
Forms of sexual harassment include but may not be limited to:
Unwanted sexual advances (Verbal, physical, gestures)
Repeatedly asking someone out after being told no the first time.
Request for sexuals favors
Quid Pro Quo (This for that.)
Sexual jokes or comments
Displaying inappropriate pictures - (someone else can see the photo that you are showing to someone else, feel uncomfortable and that is also sexual harassment.)
The victim as well as the harasser may be a woman or a man.
The harasser can be the victim’s supervisor, an agent of the employee, a supervisor in another ara, a co-worker or a non-employee (such as a contractor or vendor).
The victim does not have to be the person harassed but could be anyone affected by the offensive conduct.
Unlawful sexual harassment may occur without eonomic injury to or discharge of the victim.
The harasser’s conducts must be unwelcome.
Generally speakings, hugs are not considered a form of sexual harassment, however, hand shakes in the workplace are preferred.
